OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
